Gary was phenomenal! He installed our front lock and gave a great tutorial. It is my first time using a fingerprint digitized lock, and I would’ve been overwhelmed trying to figure it out on my own. I needed a locksmith for my front door. when he got here, he told me it wasn't my lock it was my door. he tighten a few hinges and it's fixed. could have told me I needed a whole new lock, but didn't I really apricate the honesty. having him come back to repair my floor safe.
Gary was an amazing locksmith and a handyman. He had his own equipment he was on time very polite very professional he knows the work and he did not overcharge me or try to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I will use him again for the holidays to help me put up decoration and stuff he is amazing.

Gary is a real expert! He is also extremely communicative, punctual, and personable, a real pleasure to deal with. Originally, I wanted to install a smart lock on my 2 1/2 inch thick old wood door. Gary came by to inspect the door and quickly diagnosed that this is an old school multilayered door that would not be compatible with a typical deadbolt smart lock system. He performed a security analysis on the spot and recommended changes to the existing hardware to improve security and access. He custom ordered the part came back when he said he would and completed the install for a great price. I highly recommend Gary for all of your locksmith needs!
