- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on the luxury service provided, products used, and our experience. We are unique in that our rate includes add-ons to ensure that you look your best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take advantage of your complimentary consultation! You can send us pictures of you and your inspo looks. And I can provide my professional input to make sure we customize a look just for you. Once we receive your details, I will provide a write up of what is included in the service and the rate. If you decide to move forward, I will gather more details, and then send you a contract to sign and complete. A 50% deposit and a signed contract is required to secure the day and time. The remaining balance is due on the day the services are rendered. I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or credit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified Makeup Artists and Hairstylists by NYS-approved Makeup Academy NY. All our pros are senior artists that specialize in weddings, special events, and portraits, as well a junior artists that are vetted and trained to give you a look that will make you feel amazing.
