- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are based on expert service, premium products, and a seamless experience from booking to your event. Check out our reviews to know how we work and what to expect. Bridal makeup and hair services from $325. Multiple packages and a la carte rates available to accommodate different service needs and budgets. Special event and photo shoot makeup and hair from $140. There is no service minimum. We are happy to accommodate all party sizes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Complimentary Consultation – We start with a quick consult over email, phone, or video to learn about your event details, your vision, and the kind of look you are wanting. 2. Customized Quote – Based on your needs, we’ll put together a personalized quote tailored to your event. 3. Booking Confirmation – If everything looks good, we’ll confirm availability and send over a contract along with an invoice for the 50% non-refundable initial payment. 4. Officially Booked – Once your signed contract and payment are received, we'll confirm you are officially booked and secured on our calendar! 5. Ongoing Planning & Prep – From there, we stay in touch to finalize the timeline, coordinate any previews, and make sure everything is perfectly planned so your beauty experience is effortless for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified Makeup Artists and Hairstylists by NYS-approved Makeup Academy NY and licensed cosmetologists. All our pros are pro artists that specialize in weddings, special events, and portraits.
