Introduction

Hello! Thank you for considering Glen’s Music Lessons. I’ve been playing for over 30 years and teaching for 20+, and I’m happy to guide you on your way to achieving your musical ambitions! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance from the Manhattan School of Music, as well as an extensive performing career. I also teach composition, guitar, and bass. Lessons can be done in-person or over Zoom, which include screen sharing, demonstrations, and a vast resource of music we can access from day one. What is included: - A free trial lesson! - One-on-one detailed instruction to help you progress on a weekly basis. - Access to ask questions about your practice in-between lessons. There are opportunities to play at recitals at least twice a year, music festivals, and so much more. Hope to hear from you!

Glen has been a great success for us. He was hired to help my son improve his keyboard skills and enhance his understanding of music theory. Glen was always very responsive and took the time to let Noah and I know where he planned to take his lessons and why. Glen's results were fantastic as he helped Noah get accepted to a number of college music programs, including the prestigious Commercial Music programs at Loyola New Orleans and Cincinnati. Glen has my highest recommendation!

We establish what your goals are and we work towards them. We can play the songs you’re looking to play, as well as learn songs within the curriculum to build your music skill. We can also learn to play by ear or to read music, depending on what your preferences are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree from the Manhattan School of Music. I have been teaching full-time for 18 years and maintain an active performing and composing career.
