- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rates quoted do not include expenses or taxes. We have a minimum cost of four hours for any time our investigators provide surveillance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a 30 minute free consultation to determine clients needs , provide an estimate of costs and work to be performed, communicate with clients frequently about the progress of their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All state required training for licensed Private Investigators, The Security Management Institute,
