I contacted the company and Stanley responded immediately. I took a day or two call the number he replied with. Stanley was pleasant to speak with on the phone and came to my home the very next day. They arrived early, assessed the problems, explained options then repaired the problems. The entire process took approximately two or two and a half hours. I felt assured they knew what they were doing. I appreciate Stanley treating my problem as if it were a priority and their professionalism before the rain starts later today.

It saddens me to only pick 3 options above because I could select every one. Stan and his team are great. Stan was one of the first to reply to my inquiry. I sent him photos (taken from the street) and told him the general scope of what needed to be done. We negotiated the initial proposal and work to an offer I could not refuse. There was a little miscommunication in the initial scheduled appointment, but it was an innocent error – and Stan came quickly after recognizing the mix-up. The team arrived 10 minutes early and was done in 2 hours – not a big job, just general maintenance, sealing, and cleaning. We talked a bit during his time here, aside from generally pleasant conversation, he discussed the roof, its current condition, what to expect next (as it ages), and what to do to keep things in great shape. Between that and seeing the team at work quickly and efficiently, I feel much better about our roof. As part of their commitment, SRT offers to come out and do a check-up during the year – once you are their customer, you are in the SRT family. This is quite fortuitous because with a large tree overhead, I need gutter cleaning at least 2x a year. But instead of having someone come and just clean, I now have someone I can trust to get up there and take a look and quickly fix anything that looks questionable. The highest of recommends.

Right from the get go I appreciated Stan's honesty and character. He was a straight shooter. My husband and I took some time deciding on next steps and actually met with several companies before deciding to move forward with Stan and SRT. We are completely pleased with our selection. Stan's rate was competitive and he had somethings no one else had.........the willingness to work with us, and seasonal inspections. He was completely understanding of our needs, and of the urgency of the project. He was flexible and available. In addition, I know I won't have to worry about a thing because Stan will be back to do a seasonal inspection. He is very proud of this offering and no other company is doing something like this. It is a very nice add on-- giving us as homeowners that extra sense of security! A professional touch! My husband was on site during the entire project. Trust me when I say he is not so easy to please. Stan's crew went above and beyond to make him happy. No matter what my husband requested they aimed to please. We loved them so much we even got them donuts and hot chocolate! Here are some of the highlights: On time performance Excellent clean up Superb customer service Reasonable rate For all of these reasons I am recommending the company without a doubt, I actually just called my neighbor to let him know how happy we are. I attribute this to Stan's keen customer service skills. If you are looking for a company who can get the job done quickly, and efficiently with great communication-- please look no further. Initially we’d meet after discussing a convenient time and making our introductions Via phone text or email. Once our onsite inspection is done our potential clients can get there no obligation estimate either on the spot or with in 24hrs depending the project.
