Moses and team were excellent. During our initial scoping meeting for an Ethernet retrofit to a newly renovated apartment, he made several suggestions that simplified the project and saved us hundreds of dollars and unnecessary work. After having a break in some years back, my wife and I decided to get security for our home. Our current system through another provider worked, but I wanted more for my wife to feel safe and secure.
I happened to find out that I could have 360 video security with the Ring system from Moses President. The experience with him and his company was EXCELLENT. While I am somewhat tech savvy, my wife is not. No problem. Moses set up a meeting at our home and patiently, thoroughly explained what we could get and how it would work. Even better, before that meeting he had already surveyed the property and had a plan set up for us to review. With a minor addition, we were ready to go.
Moses team is professional, courteous, and polite. A proper contract was drawn up, discussed, and finalized. He kept in constant contact with us as the work progressed, worked very cleanly (big plus with the Mrs.) and stayed on a reasonable schedule considering the challenges of working on an old house. To top it off, 3 of the cameras had to be custom installed, but there was a problem with how the night vision and the lights were activating. The man actually came out to my home st night so as to make the proper adjustments. Above and beyond as he put in a full days work.
My wife is thrilled with the product and feels safer because of it. Thank you Moses and Genuine Media Audio Visual.
