The two men did exactly what they said - clean my couches - on time at the quoted price. The cleaning itself came out great. I can highly recommend MG Cleaners- at least for couch cleaning.
Had my couch, a lounge chair and a regular chair cleaned this morning a what a difference. I was shown the water afterwards and i did not realize how dirty the couch was. Worth every penny I would definitely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the item. If possible, please attach a photo of the item. If you can't attach a photo, please describe it. Include details like seating capacity and whether it has a sectional corner. If you know the fabric type, that would be great.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The cleaning process for each item is unique. We use about 15 different cleaning agents and stain removers. Specific products are selected for each task. The primary focus of any cleaning is to, first and foremost, avoid causing harm and making things worse. Secondly, we aim for maximum results and neutralize all chemicals, leaving items completely safe. It's important for us that people feel comfortable living with their furniture afterward. We put in maximum effort, following algorithms for each item. Typically, the cleaning process involves 5-6 stages.
