- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to provide very competitive pricing without compromising the quality of training. All of our trainers work in emergency services and have years of hands on experience. We also never add fees for travel, or training materials like others may.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to find out the needs of the students and class. We want to make it as relevant as possible to them. We would focus more on pediatric emergencies for new parents or day cares for instance. A garage or mill we would go more in depth for traumas, and fractures. Each class is unique and is personalized so each class gets the highest level of training possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have a minimum 5 years active duty in emergency services and all have supervisory experience. our entire staff is vetted and audited to ensure classes are taught to the highest level.
