Jake is extremely reliable and knowledgeable! He answered our calls right away and gave us a thorough walkthrough of his process to rid of us mice. He showed up a few days later to begin working along with his team member to complete the job in a shorter than anticipated time. It has been a few days now and we have seen no signs of mice. We did our research and fortunately found and decided on Jake & Eco Haven. We've had a significant mouse problem since we've owned our upstate house, and have tried multiple times to close possible entry points and use traps on our own over the years, to no avail. Once I connected with Jake, he was at my house the next day to do an inspection and provided me a plan of attack and quote. He was back a few days later with his team (in horrible weather) to thoroughly seal the house exterior entry points and set traps.9 days later, we stopped catching mice. Over the last 3 weeks, we haven't seen or caught one.Jake may be one of the most knowledgable rodent control people out there. He responded immediately throughout the process and afterwards. This was an extremely pleasurable experience from start to finish. If you're looking for help (and he does a lot more than rodents), give him a call. You won't be sorry.
