Excellent experience with Eco Haven! Jake was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the spider, hornet, and insect issues I was having, as well as how the treatment would help. Came the same day to assess animal getting down woodstove chimney. Removed and gave a quote to fix the problem. Came back to put the proper screening on the chimney. Very happy with their services, professional, super friendly, responded very quickly to questions. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to call again should I need their services again.

We did our research and fortunately found and decided on Jake & Eco Haven. We've had a significant mouse problem since we've owned our upstate house, and have tried multiple times to close possible entry points and use traps on our own over the years, to no avail. Once I connected with Jake, he was at my house the next day to do an inspection and provided me a plan of attack and quote. He was back a few days later with his team (in horrible weather) to thoroughly seal the house exterior entry points and set traps.9 days later, we stopped catching mice. Over the last 3 weeks, we haven't seen or caught one.Jake may be one of the most knowledgable rodent control people out there. He responded immediately throughout the process and afterwards. This was an extremely pleasurable experience from start to finish. If you're looking for help (and he does a lot more than rodents), give him a call. You won't be sorry.

We provide military, law enforcement, and public service discounts. Estimate and consultation is free except for bedbugs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes in the first thing we do is provide a free inspection, every home requires a unique approach, so we need to get eyes on the problem areas to come up with a custom plan. If the client wants to proceed we normally have the job started within 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Nuisance Wildlife Control Officer in the state of New York, I also hold my 7a, (Structural and Rodent) my 7f, (food processing) and 3a (Turf and Ornamental) licenses. So from the basement to the kitchen to the front lawn I’m fully certified to handle any pest issues.
