- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and the condition of the space. Because every project is different, we provide quotes after an in-person evaluation. We do not provide estimated quotes by phone or message. Any additional services requested will be discussed before the work begins so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with scheduling an in-person visit to evaluate the space and understand the customer’s needs. After the walk-through, we determine the scope of work and provide the appropriate service plan. We do not provide estimates over the phone or by message, as every property is different and we want to give accurate pricing based on the actual condition and size of the space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in residential and commercial cleaning. Through this experience I have developed professional techniques for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and post-construction cleaning. I also stay updated on safe cleaning practices and the proper use of professional cleaning products and equipment.
