As the name of the company implies, Rick really did show up. I had been trying for months to get one closet door installed in a Levitt house with uneven floors. Rich responded immediately to my post in Thumbtack. He ordered the door, kept me posted about delivery delays, stained it and installed it in less than an hour. And he did it at a very good price.
