We have our tools and nesesary anchors/screws, cleaning supplies, etc. We put high price, higher than average in the market, cos we will not add any hidden charges, we will not ask for additional money for time that was need more than expected in your order. The price included a Thumbtack fee (usually 10-15% of the price), round trip from and to Sheepsheadbay (11235 area), supplies and tools. God bless you!

Akmal came to hang up my new Samsung TV 55". He was following covid precautions - was in a mask, sprinkled his hands with sanitizer. During drilling holes, he used my scoop, so everything after it remained clean, I did not even expect! He took out the TV boxes to the garbage room and left me no cleaning. Akmal, awesome job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I kindly ask to described what brand/model of TV or furniture you have. I come to the place at time, put mask and gloves already, starting the work. If I need additional materials that you don't have I use my own or buy in nearest home depot store / 99cents, and it can be included to your bill additional, but mostly free, if it is not expensive for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am based on my previous experience and a regular study of video lessons
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started to do it some years ago for my home and my parents. Now I also see useful videos in YouTube.
