Danielle came promptly, asked questions to fill out what we had said about our dog and interviewed us regarding our goals. Her demeanor was professional yet warm and kind. We all took to her immediately! She proceeded to model training for us and then let us practice. Moomoo and my husband and I had fun while learning a lot. She is great!!!!

Danielle is wonderful!! She is very knowledgeable and has suggestions/answers to any issues you may be having with your dog. My dog in particular needed training in developing manners. My dog was jumping, nipping and chewing on things in our house. Danielle was very patient in training her. She offered us suggestions on keeping our dog busy to distract her from chewing on things in our house. Danielle's training helped us learn ways to control her behaviors. I highly recommend Danielle. Our dog's behavior has really improved. It's nice to know that Danielle is available for refresher lessons if needed in the future!

We have only had 1 class already and I see improvement in his behavior. Danielle is really great with me and my puppy! She is very knowledgeable and patient. Having Danielle on my team is the best thing I have done. I ediecislkg like that she makes an individualized training program for each dog. She gets that every dog and human are different and she's willing to think ouside of the box in terms of how to "teach" my puppy to get the desired behavior. Thanks Danielle!

Danielle dog sat my two dogs for week while I was on vacation. She had to administer medication twice for a aging pup with Cushings. Her First Aid and CPR training and just overall confidence with dogs, made my out of town plans just that much easier. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer training programs. Each program includes ALOT! Each one consists of several lessons and obedience commands. We also cover any issues you may be having and teach you how to avoid certain behavior problems that may arise. Each program comes with unlimited support through call, texts, or email. You'll always have access to me to answer questions or give advice.
My experience, education, and services that you get still cost less than most private trainers!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have everyone fill out a registration form/questionnaire. This helps me create a customized lesson plan for each dog and family. On the day of the first lesson I come to your house and we sit and chat to discuss your goals, stuff you are seeing, and what you may have done so far. We do this for the first few minutes before we get started with the training. I always explain things in depth and put behaviors in the human's perspective (which is often quite comical). I demonstrate the training and then let the owners take over and work with their dog hands on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nationally certified dog trainer. I went through a year of school, volunteering at shelters, and internships to become a trainer. I have years of experience and I am always advancing my education by attending seminars and workshops. I have been to training/behavior seminars given by some of the most well respected trainers and behaviorists in the country.
I also host mini seminars every year for the volunteers/employees at the SPCA.
