Juan has been by far the best contractor to work with. Skilled, knowledgeable and professional in all areas. He’s a jack of all trades, don’t think there’s anything he can’t do.
He did a variety of jobs for our new home reno.
First, he installed a big set of floating shelves in our bedroom, and help build all the ikea furniture.
Second, he helped me restore a vintage dining table by sanding down and reinforcing all the legs and support.
Third, he helped me install my new stove that the my original contractor team on the reno job could not figure out. Juan was able to know the electrical and venting considerations and set up my self-ventilating stove which is a very specialized and unique piece of appliance.
For all jobs Juan was very reasonably priced, and delivered every time. If there was a missing nail or bit, he ran out to grab it from the local hardware store and came right back to the job. He is communicative and has never been late to any job.
I cannot recommend Juan enough. For anything around my house, I will be trusting only Juan.

I needed shelves installed in a garage and a flag pole holder attached to the front of the house. Drilling into brick was required for both jobs. Juan called as soon as I posted the request. We discussed the jobs and scheduled a date and time. He was punctual and got right to work. He was efficient, precise and delivered exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended.
