Very easy to talk to and suggestions were made on how to rectify problem. No sales pitches, no stress to hire them. All repairs that were needed to be done, were completed in a timely fashion. No debris was left behind. Would hire them again for my next project.

First I’d like to also mention they were also responsive and punctual. I originally hired them for a dryer vent cleaning. Aside from cleaning the vents, they also put it back together correctly. We are new owners of the home, and it seems that the previous owners had the connections backwards so the lint was being trapped. They also put back everything in a more efficient way. I’m assuming that now the dryer may work better than before. We shall see. In addition I hired them on the spot to clean my chimney.

They were very honest with their estimate and very timely. They told me what they planned to do and then after the work was done, they showed me pictures of what they did. I didnt feel taken advantage of even though I was a woman (as some of the other companies who gave me an estimate made me feel). Very happy with the job.
