Extremely professional and incredibly friendly. During our party an elevator got stuck between 2 floors, Greg and his team handled everything flawlessly, contacted the fire department immediately and kept the party going without a hitch. I received multiple comments on how polite the security staff members were. I'll hire Greg and his team any time I need help in the future. 10/10.

Mr. Myers is a man of faith so I would definitely recommend him to churches for their security and safety training. He made the material very interesting and insightful. Doing business with Concept Security & Investigations was exceptional. President & CEO, Gregory Myers is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explains everything thoroughly which makes it easy to grasp and retain the information. My two sons and I have all completed the 8 hour pre-assignment security training course and 16 hour on the job security training course with this wonderful company. If you're looking for a course to get your security license, I highly recommend Mr. Myers. He has a practical method that is not only easy to grasp but fun as well. Don't be afraid to ask any questions because he'll help you every step of the way.
