They build my deck and installed my hot tub. I love sitting on the deck and enjoying the outdoors and can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the integrity and honesty about Terry and Tay. They stayed within my budget and I have a beautiful outdoor living space.

Needed a new treadmill set up. Set up the appointment ~2 weeks ahead of time and I contacted him the day before to confirm. The day of the appointment, he was MIA/not reachable by phone, and then told me "Oh I got caught up with another job, sorry". Should have canceled then. I waited 2 days and he shows up in the early evening. I asked him to assemble inside of my apartment but he opted to do it outside and then couldn't fit it through the door. He scuffed up the frame horribly, lost a plastic part (still can't find it, will need to reorder), and told me that it was getting late and he had to leave but to "let him know if I needed help getting it through the door". At that point, I knew I'd never contact him, just wanted him to leave. Not wanting a fight, I paid him what we agreed and pocketed the tip. Looking back, I shouldn't have done that but I just wanted him to leave and not cause any more damage.
I ended up having to leave this treadmill out in the common area for 3 days until I hired some movers I've used before to move it into my apartment. It took them less than 20 minutes to complete the job. They commented on the poor job he did on installation (scuffs, using power tools in some places despite the manual saying NOT to, missing part, etc.) Thankfully, they ended up fixing some things for me.
Absolutely not worth the time, money, and hassle. I regret hiring for sure. Don't make my mistake and look elsewhere.

Perfect example of not being able to please everyone. I have 26 / 5 star reviews 1 / 4 star review then this one.. 1 bad apple can destroy the whole bushel. Very upset here..
