- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the size of room, how much trim work has to be done and what materials are needed. labor and travel cost will also factor in to price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to answer all questions, and explain everything I will do so there isn't any surprises. I myself, collect 1/2 the money down before the job starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with a close friend for the last 8 years, who is a very distinguished contractor. He and I had a conversation, and here I am, starting my own company and making a pretty good go of it so far. I'm glad he pushed me. Thank you buddy.
