If you want service that is typical and unremarkable, keep looking. This guy showed up early and completed the job faster than quoted. There must be some downfall in quality right? Wrong. He did a spectacular job, and then, the craziest thing happened. When he gave me the bill, the bottom line actually matched (MATCHED!!) the quote he gave me. In a world where hidden fees are expected with almost every job, for a man to ask for the same dollar figure he gave me, (without even seeing the place first) I almost cried. All in all, it was excellent doing business with F&C Cleaning Systems.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is interested, I will tell them a little about myself and my company and how long I have been in business. I answered all of their questions to the best of my ability and will give them a free estimate over the phone.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been doing this since I was 16 working for other companies. I decided to start my own business because I saw what they did wrong and what they did right. So, I started F&C Cleaning Systems and have been serving the Capital District area ever since!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both commercial and residential. I specialize in pet stains, odor removal, and scotch guard protection.
