In short (!) EXT: new roof, repair siding problem spots, restained entire house. INT: painted all walls and ceilings (4 bdrm home), repaired many problem areas, replaced 2 skylights (both broken seal). I am preparing my home for market. Pine Hills offered to come back after my move and before new owners move in to touch up moving dings and dents. Owner extremely nice to work with, always available. His team is top notch and very hard workers. A real "family" work ethic at hand here! I highly recommend Pine Hills!

We had a poor experience from Pine Hills Construction. They apparently out source their work, at least roofing jobs. The first team was not qualified for the roofing project and left the job site. They also explained that Pine Hill had not ordered enough material to complete the project. Weeks elapsed without any communications. Eventually another roofing team showed up and completed the roof. Based on the delays and introduction of cold weather, I don't know if the roof will seal correctly.
I would not recommend Pine Hill Construction to others or use them ourselves

First, I would like to say that I don't believe in excuses, but this particular comment is unnecessary. I have spoke with you numerous times and have also emailed you recently with no answer. I have customers for 25 years and more and we are backed by BBB. This is all a misunderstanding and I will explain the reasons.
We don't outsource our work, we have a couple crews that work under our company and are our employees, no one was sub-contracted for the work on your house.
We were not short on materials on this job. we did bring more material to be on the safe side for the weekend that was coming up, which in turn had to be returned bc of having more material than what was needed.
The employees were qualified to do the work, but the roof on this particular job was steep and difficult to navigate.
As for the roof sealing, the roof is sealed. shingles are put on all year long, there is no exception to the time of year a roof is done. Plus the whole roof deck has ice and water shield.
There was never a time there was communication error, emails were answered promptly, calls we're answered/ returned every time. The only lapse in communication was when you were away for a short period.
I do apologize for any hardship, we do value our customers and many customers have become personal friends.
