What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we have sufficient information regarding the client's needs, we are usually able to quote a fixed price. Otherwise an hourly rate, currently $300.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation is FREE. WE try to determine the client's needs and whether we can be of service. It is during that free consultation, that we can determine if we can quote a fixed price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cornell law school, JD; Cornell business school, MBA. Many years of service to individuals and businesses.
