With over 11 years of restaurant experience mainly in the fine dining and Michelin scene, I have bene cooking privately now for the last 5 years. I am proficient in many cuisines and hold a passion that drives me in everything I do. So regardless of the occasion, small or big, formal or casual, it is our pleasure to be a part of it. I have attended multiple events hosted by Matthew and have been a part of additional events he was hired to cater. Time and time again Matthew proves his food is the real deal.
When you attend one of these dinners you are not only going to receive a wonderful meal but also a description of the food and how it was prepared. You go on a journey with everyone around, it is truly a wonderful experience.

Matthew is by far one of the most talented chefs out there. Not only is he talented but he is passionate about his work and the people he is working for. He has hosted numerous dinner parties for myself, family and friends and is the first person I call when I need off site catering.
Matthew catered my off site wedding and by far exceeded all expectations. People still talk about it to this day!! The passed hors d’oeuvres, the plated entrees, and everything in between was perfect. He also made our wedding cake which was my dream cake!! Simple and elegant and delicious.
I can go on and on but I will leave it with this - Matthew is not only a professional but is also the most down to earth person I know. He wows people with his cooking, his hospitality and beautiful soul. Thank you, Matt!
