FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is transparent and upfront. A diagnostic/service fee may apply and is credited toward the repair if approved. Labor is priced using a nationally recognized flat-rate labor guide or hourly rate, depending on the job. Parts and materials are additional. We offer flexible discounts for returning customers. All costs and discounts are discussed and approved before work begins—no hidden fees. Flexible discounts available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by understanding the problem in detail and asking questions about the equipment, usage, and any symptoms. I provide a clear estimate for labor and parts before starting work. Once approved, I perform diagnostics, make repairs or adjustments, and test everything thoroughly. I also explain what was done, offer maintenance tips, and ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal technical education in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, combined with years of practical experience in appliance diagnostics and repair. I regularly update my skills to work with modern, energy-efficient and smart appliances.
