John is very kind and easy to talk to. He helped my daughter learn skills to help her in her everyday life. He was very responsive to me when I needed help understanding how to help my daughter outside of counseling. He was genuinely concerned about her and her well being.

John Eichenberger is by far the best therapist I have ever had. On the practical side: He is always punctual, responds very quickly to emails and phone calls, and works hard to be available and find a time that works for both of us. On the personal side, he is caring and thoughtful and sensitive while still challenging my frameworks and mindsets. He works with me to change my attitude from a negative self critical one to a nonjudgemental curious one. I have gained invaluable life skills through working with John and will always be grateful for the lessons I have learned through his counseling.

Even when I send a quote, it is negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer responds, I like to spend some time gathering and giving information so that we get to know each other. I use a form that helps me understand a client's needs and goals more completely.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Psychology and Counseling from Goddard College. I continue to take further training to keep up with the best knowledge in my field.
