John is very kind and easy to talk to. He helped my daughter learn skills to help her in her everyday life. He was very responsive to me when I needed help understanding how to help my daughter outside of counseling. He was genuinely concerned about her and her well being.

John Eichenberger is by far the best therapist I have ever had. On the practical side: He is always punctual, responds very quickly to emails and phone calls, and works hard to be available and find a time that works for both of us. On the personal side, he is caring and thoughtful and sensitive while still challenging my frameworks and mindsets. He works with me to change my attitude from a negative self critical one to a nonjudgemental curious one. I have gained invaluable life skills through working with John and will always be grateful for the lessons I have learned through his counseling.

I like the fact that he had Lilly the dog because I love animals. We seemed to be very relatable. We had a lot in common. He really listen to me and my concerns and if I didn't want to talk he was ok with that. He is very nice and my parents like him too.
