- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid, I used to save all my money to buy and develop photos from a disposable camera. Unable to afford a nice camera, I did not start seriously taking photos until my husband gave me his old Kodak. It was then that I realized I had a real love--and passion--for photography. I get lost, and yet feel found, in photography. So, after losing a job in the summer of 2012, I realized it was time to take the risk and pursue something I knew I wanted to--and could--do! It was a leap of faith, a step into the unknown, and a conquering of fears...one of the best decisions of my life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done mainly children's birthday shoots, modeling, Senior portraits, and holiday photos. I work mostly outdoors and love exploring new places to take pics!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The photos you desire will be yours a long time, so make sure you find a provider who is willing to help you achieve the end product you want. A flexible, fun, creative photographer is best!
