Really great experience with Good Shepherd Appliance Services. They came out to fix both my washer and dryer, and the problems ended up being pretty complicated. The job even required some welding and took a few hours, but he stuck with it and made sure everything was working properly before he left.
The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on along the way so I understood what needed to be done. He was also friendly, humble, and kept good communication with me throughout the whole process.
