FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fixed cost model. What that means is, if our project ends up taking an extra 100 hours, we don’t bill you and the cost comes out of our pocket. We do this so it’s easier for the client and more cost efficient. Most of the app development companies out there have an hourly billing system and have a lot of surprise additional costs that spring out after the development process is started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we establish a start date for the project. After that our team will send you a proposal. After we sign the paperwork (proposal and contract) and process the initial payment, our team will get started on your project immediately. On the first day, we will email you a Content Requirement list. This document enlists everything we need from you in order to get started on the project. For example: app core idea, rough designs, sketches, paragraph or bulleted list, reference designs of other apps that inspire your project. This document will breakdown every single thing we need from you with it’s assigned due dates. This information is crucial because it will help us outline the entire project so we can get started on the design stage of the project. After we receive that list back from you, our team immediately gets to work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We’re a NY based app and software development company. We primarily focus on working with startups and entrepreneurs that are bootstrapped. We have a dedicated design and development team that puts a lot of care into each individual project instead of rushing a ton of projects together. We also have a flexible payment plan and would be happy to work with you based on your schedule.
