- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first try, if it applies, to get a sense for what they are trying to accomplish and where will we be starting from. Once we will be able to establish that, then I can start guiding the student in the way that fits them the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Classical Piano Performance from the City College of New York, where I graduated from with the highest honors. I also studied Jazz in Israel, and have played with known artists there. I started teaching privately in my studio in 2015, and am teaching for a private company in Westchester since 2017.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Music was never a choice, it was evident that it was my life's purpose. Teaching specifically emerged when I realized that I have the ability of explaining complex ideas coherently and received positive feedback from others. Plus, this is something that I enjoy doing.
