As Curriculum Director at Kaplan, I designed and developed courses that earned higher evaluations than any other Kaplan graduate course.
I wrote and edited thousands of explanations to released LSAT questions. I explained every answer choice and identified key strategies.
I devised innovative system for categorizing LSAT questions.

SAT:
As Director of Test Preparation for Petersons, I created revolutionary online courseware, meeting the unique needs of every individual.
I produced the award-winning Petersons Test Prep SAT online course. I broke new ground in both test preparation and e-learning by creating courseware that tracks skill gaps, score goals, and learning preferences.
I won the Gold Medal in the 2003 Brandon Hall Excellence in e-Learning Awards in the Innovative Technology category. I was a finalist in the 2004 Codie Awards.

GMAT:
I published Kaplans GMAT Courses; responsible for all CAT strategy.
I wrote lessons, questions, and teaching training materials.
I researched score behavior of GMAT CAT.
I designed and developed Petersons GMAT CAT software, a 3-parameter IRT-based test that for most students matched scores on the actual GMAT within 5 percentage points.
