I Hired Top Notch last year to address a roof leak which he guaranteed for a year, the following year porch leaked on one side he came within a week of being called said leak was not coming from patched area but from a different portion of the roof. He sent me pictures of the other roof and its problems was quite knowledgeable about roosts last company did a horrible job so he gave me a better price because I returned and he also helped me fix another issue at my house ; a plumbing issue because we couldn't find a plumber. Sean and his brother went above and beyond was fair with price and very accommodating because as we all know there now much more ey in service callls but his integrity and willingness to stand behind his work was stellar! I talked to them and with in two weeks they had completed the new roof. They were extremely professional and made sure I understood the whole process. They were also very reasonable on the price and worked with me to make sure I could afford it.
