Well, please know I try to see the best in everyone,however, my experience with Wayne was not good! Right off the bat he changed his time of arrival 3x! The third time I had already made plans off of the time he told me he would be here the following day! The first thing I had him do was mow the lawn. That was a disaster, his lawn mower was extremely old and barely running. In fact he had to quit because the lawn mower quit! I was not happy! He also had no equipment to pick up lawn clippings, no blower! He used the air blowing from the mower to move away clippings! His wife/girlfriend was there also! The next job was trimming my hedges. While he was weed wacking, his wife was trimming hedges with SCISSORS! He has the nerve to say to me " these work better than any thing else"! I was NOT happy!!! Then he took the scissors and was going to leave them looking like crap! I at that point offered MY OWN hedge trimmers! As I watched him I asked how on earth can you start a business with no equipment? He was not happy with me!!! He also trimmed a few branches off my front tree, and yes he had saw! The experience was not great and I told him after I gave him my $100.00 ! Would not recommend till he gets some time and experience!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can not say I have a standard system for my pricing. I try to give a fair price so that the customer and myself are happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to give the best work to any customer. If any of my customers have a question I have no problems answering them or explaining the process of the job. Not just to new customers but any customer. If the customer has a better idea of what is happening to there property the easier the process is for the customer and my self.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all hands on experience. I have worked for a variety of different contractors.
