Tony FaceTimed me to help diagnose the issue when my boiler broke and quickly sent someone to install a new one. Not only did they replace the boiler, but they also cleared the water from my basement and offered a fair price. As a woman, I truly appreciated their honesty and that they didn’t try to overcharge me. I’m very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again.

I called Tony to service two Bosch heat pumps that weren’t working properly. He was able to come late at night as scheduled, was friendly, and his pricing seemed competitive. He added refrigerant to both units. One unit was fixed, but the second was not. I still had to pay a couple hundred dollars for refrigerant on the second unit even though the issue wasn’t resolved. I later had to call the original installer, who diagnosed the problem as a faulty sensor, not a refrigerant issue. Because of this, I ended up paying twice, and it would have been cheaper to go directly with the installing company. Tony seems like a nice guy and may be fine for simpler HVAC work, but for more technical diagnostics, especially with Bosch systems you may want someone with more specialized experience.
