The work performed by The Cleaning Crew far exceeded my expectation. Walking through the home after felt like walking through a new home model home. I was especially impressed by the transformation of a particular piece of furniture. It went from looking like it was about to be thrown out to being shiny and new again. I would definitely hire them again.

They absolutely exceeded my expectations. They managed to take an ottoman I thought I had ruined by using the wrong cleaner on it and made it look brand new. All the furniture I had cleaned looks brand new and I couldn't be happier!

Jay did a really good job today when he cleaned our 4 bedroom 3 bath house. He is an honorable man and takes his tome to work through the details. We picked their standard cleaning service and it was good results. Being from an Asian family, we didn't have to ask him to open his shoes, he just knew. Needless to say we have retained him for for monthly service. He brought his iwn supplies and a very powerful backpack vacuum we have never seen before. He uses a business CRM to manage his appointments, invoices etc. It makes my life so easy, as it sent me quote, and then I would be able to pay usong the link sent to my text. I chose to aend him venmo instead, which was painless as well. Overall, highly recommended.

I will always provide the client with options and work with everyone to ensure it fits a budget. My pricing is fair and I know you are getting your monies worth when you hire Green Theory from residential to commercial. I know I won’t be the lowest when it comes to cost but the price does support my attention to detail and my commitment to providing you with an excellent product or service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with the new client via text or call which ever they prefer. I get to know their needs and annotate it in their profile.
