- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not set in stone, I care about my clients and their needs. Depending on your location and training frequency, I will modify my prices to match your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied with NASM which is one of the most reputable and highest accredited personal training certification programs out there. The program went beyond weight loss and muscle building, NASM prepared me to work with clients with injuries or issues such as asthma, pregnancy, obesity, arthritis, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became overweight in high school which led to extreme insecurities. I wasn’t happy with myself, I felt like the real me was hiding inside. I had no confidence and would shy away from going out, dressing nicely or being seen in general. When I began to study personal training and used it to change my body and my lifestyle, I felt a whole “new me” come out. It was an overwhelming feeling of happiness and success, I realized I wanted to help others feel that way as well.
