David and his crew redid our bathrooms and they look fantastic. He suggested some amazing glass tiles that look great on our floors and everything worked out perfectly. His crew is extremely courteous and clean too! I'd highly recommend david to anyone looking to redo their bathrooms (or really anything at all). They are extremely professional and really explained everything to me when I didn't understand it.Sep 30, 2013David June Inc.'s reply
Jonathan, happy to help you out. Your wife is a saint, and her taste was very impressive. FYI, it was mosaic on the floor, the glass was on the wall. Like I said, your wife is a saint. Had a great time doing the work for you and your wife, please keep in touch.
David helped us tremendously remodel our kitchen. He was always on time and always had a friendly demeanor which made working with him fantastic. He gave us a very good estimate, and even with some unexpected work (we needed some additional lighting installed once we demo-ed the kitchen and realized where everything was going to go), we still came in well. He really understood what we wanted and listened to all of our requests and helped us understand what would fit best in our budget and time constraints. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for any construction work!Sep 29, 2013
After receiving several bids to repair my greenhouse I hired David. What attracted me to him was his attention to detail and quality of advice he provided to me with respect to my project. I am sol pleased with his work and strongly recommend him to anyone that is seeking an honest, professional and detail oriented contractor.Sep 24, 2013

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing systems should not be complicated at all. Labor plus material should be the general norm for most contractors. There is only one item which needs to be explained to the homeowner prior to any commencement of work - unforeseen obstacles. Meaning that if the contractor was not able to tell the customer at the time of the initial estimate that there was an issue with something that he was not able to see, that there would be an additional cost involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, we/I try to attend most trade shows which at same time will have the latest tool, technique (most of the time to sell you the tool) classes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?None of our jobs are common in any which way. But we have and can do it all. From the most basic paint job - up to a brand new construction of a building/home. Man caves, kitchens, bathrooms, wine cellars, libraries, custom wood working, partitions and much much more. You dream it, we'll build it. If you can't dream it, no worries, we can even dream it for you too!
