Erez is amazing! He truly is a gem! He came to assess the house, explained everything, answered any and all questions and concerns. I didnt feel rushed as he took his time to go through all necessary steps. He was honest, fair and delivered all that was discussed. He installed the water filtration system and now we are enjoying the clean water. It truly is a huge difference that I immediately felt. I am very happy with him and his services and couldnt recommend him enough!

Wow! Where do I start??? Let's start with the fact that there are just not enough stars allowed to be given to correctly reflect how awesome HD Water NY are. I am a rather anal individual and have done EXTENSIVE research and homework before picking a vendor. I had five vendors come to my home and sell me on their product, but in the end, I chose I HD NY because of Erez. HE WAS FABULOUS! I already knew a lot about the systems and how they work going into this, but Erez still took the time to explain things, educate us, and demonstrate the quality (or lack thereof) of our water. What I liked the most about him was his willingness to roll up his sleeves - he wasn't afraid to get dirty and he treated my home as if it was his own. My install was one of the more complex ones given certain obstacles and he operated with the precision of deeply experienced plumber combined with a vastly knowledgeable engineer. He was warm, cordial and professional. Not to mention that the product was very competitively priced - we are very pleased. THANK YOU HD NY. Keep up the amazing work.Do yourself a favor, just pull the trigger; don't over think it. Your health and your family's health are far more important.
