- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing system that is adequate for my line of work. Each project requires a consultation to ensure an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After speaking with a client and getting some basic information and work description, I provide an initial on site consultation and estimate. If the client decides to move forward at that point I give them a labor and material cost, provide any necessary paperwork, quotes, proposals, invoices, and contracts for review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training through the carpenters apprenticeship program in Albany local # 370. I have OSHA, and CPR Certifications. I have been in the industry for over 20 years.
