I live in an apartment building and needed a toilet exchange from flushometer to standard tank toilet. Frankie was able to get the job done….same day…and- he didn’t open the wall. I had the same job done in another unit 7 years ago- I paid double, and of course the bathroom wall was opened. From beginning to end- Frankie was impeccable in responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability. He contacted me right away and arranged a no-obligation visit same day. Lucky for us, he already had *extensive* experience with a large-scale flushometer-standard toilet swap out. Frankie came over around 1, the job was done by 4. Frankie is a great listener and was attentive to our needs. Frankie is detail oriented and thoughtful about every aspect of the job.
