I thought the service was good and was happy with the end results. The person who did the carpeting was very nice and informative👍 but I’m not sure about the value of this service or if it’s worth it. On thumbtack the carpet cleaning is advertised as $99 but i was charged almost double the price for a small area of carpet and an hr of work (i live in a small basement apartment and only needed the living room carpet cleaned and believe i was charged too much for that) for that reason I don’t think I’d reach out to this company for carpet cleaning again unless there was a price adjustment. But thank you!
