- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, transparent pricing. You’ll always know the full cost before we begin—no hidden fees or surprises. We also offer discounts for seniors, military, and multi-system installs. If anything, unexpected comes up during your project, we discuss it first so you’re always in control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy: we listen, inspect, explain your options, and provide upfront pricing. Once you choose the solution that works best for you, we handle everything from scheduling to installation and system testing. We finish by making sure you understand your new system and feel confident with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over three decades of combined HVAC experience backed by formal schooling, manufacturer training programs, and thousands of hours of on-the-job installation and service work. Our experience covers furnaces, boilers, AC systems, heat pumps, ductwork, radiant heating, and full system design.
