Introduction: Allentown Industries is Western New York’s largest furniture refinisher. Whether it is a valued antique, family heirloom or office furniture, our qualified staff will provide the services you have come to expect for more than three decades.
We offer free in-home estimates and can pick up and deliver your furniture items for a small fee. We pride ourselves on repeat customers and word of mouth referrals. We walk our customers through all phases of the refinishing process so they know exactly what will be done with the pieces that they have entrusted to us. We call throughout the process with updates and frequently exceed expected due dates. Our customers can pick out their preferred stain choice or allow us to match the existing stain. Our business provides jobs to individuals with disabilities that have been skilled in the refinishing process for over 20 years. We are a business that believes in preserving the history of each piece of furniture that we touch and returning to our customers a finished product that brings back memories, exceeds expectations and keeps our customers returning for many years to come.
Our customers are the reason that we have been in business for over 35 years. They have allowed us to take a piece of their beloved history and restore it to a time when their family members first laid eyes on it. Working in this business is an honor.

We have had four family heirlooms repaired and refurbished by Allentown Industries. Each piece has come back so beautiful that it was almost unrecognizable from what we sent them. The process is not fast but the end product is so well done that no one should want them to hurry. After they have removed all the old finish from the piece and made any repairs, they call you over to the plant and discuss with you your wishes regarding color,etc., some recommendations that they feel might make your piece look exquisite, and then together you will make the final decisions. Of course your decision is the one which is followed. Everyone there is most pleasant and helpful. I guarantee if you work with them ,YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! We need to bring more of this kind of work to Allentown Industries to keep them open because the powers that be are defunding them. They feel that the folks that have worked in this sheltered workshop for years could hold a regular job which is not true. Carol Ebert

The craftsmen at Allentown are incredible. They were able to save my 8 dining room chairs that could no longer be re-caned and inserted perfectly stained, matching wood panels. Friends and family were amazed. The second job was repairing and re-staining a badly beaten cedar chest. They re-stored the beauty of the cedar wood for generations to come. Communication was professional and thorough before any work began. I highly recommend their work.
