What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is standard flat $130.00ph - Electrical,plumbing 95.00ph replacement window/doors interior carpentry,furniture assembly, picture/art hanging, TV mounting,garage door opener installations, etc. $130.00ph- Roofing/Exterior framing, roofing repair,leaks, related tasks, gutters etc. please be advised this is just a standard rate given the complexities to each project, I am always willing to negotiate a more comfortable rate that is more comfortable with the customer given the complexity of the task.

punctuality, honesty, reliability, professionalism, work craftsmanship, exceptional first business impression.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified union residential electrician (IBEW) I also have a carpentry/Building certification through bocce trade school, I'm OSHA certified, HAZMAT certified, powder actuated tools certified, past Union Plumbing apprentice-2 year field technician, Maintenance Technician for Black & Decker Inc. past experience 20+ years, HandyMan 8 years experience.
