Hello neighbors. My name is Corey, and I am the owner/operator of Maintenance With Manners. I take care of the daily maintenance at the Hampton Inn in Hamburg, and run my own business on the side to stay busy. I am fairly new to the area, and have 2 beautiful children that love Hamburg. As we all know as parents, we have to stay busy to make ends meet for those little ones that mean the most. True to the name "Maintenance With Manners." Corey contacted me as soon as I booked the appointment on Sunday and completed the job today! Corey did an excellent job with putting my stairs in. He was on time even a little early, he worked quickly, he was professional, reasonable with price, kind and respectful. I am amazed with his quality of work! And he will be putting in my kitchen countertops too! I only wish I would have met him sooner! Thanks Corey for helping to make my old home a little bit brighter!

My husband hired Corey to renovate his man cave. The job entailed new windows, new sheet rock, a half wall of wainscoting with a picture rail around the entire room. A new sink, bar and cabinet, and it turned out great. Corey knew what he was doing and got to it. We couldn't be happier and will hire him again when we are ready to have more work done.
