A wonderful experience, hiring an in-home groomer to groom, my pet despite the initial feisty behavior of my dog being introduced to a person that she didn’t know. After Annie calmed her, she was able to continue with her grooming process. Annie’s grooming service paid attention to exceptional care for the pet and for being in my home . She was very personable, organized, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend this person and the services she provides.

Annie was great! My dog has a few health issues and I cannot take him to the groomers. And he got back to me very quickly very gentle with my dog. He looks gorgeous I will definitely be using her from now on. She was very professional, during this time she wore a mask , Very clean Washed and sanitized her hands I give her five stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is a flat rate. This means, no extra fees or surprises down the road. I include everything imaginable in my fee, from special shampoos to the clean up at the end!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my clients and learn what their needs are so that I can tailor my service to them. All I need is a sink/tub to bathe in and a small area to set up my equipment! I bring everything I need including towels and a vacuum!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained through petsmart's grooming academy and have been continuing my education with seminars and grooming events.
