We had a great experience finishing our basement with this Palmira. From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and professional.Astrid, the project manager, was fantastic to work with. She kept everything on track, communicated clearly throughout the project, and was always quick to answer questions. It made the entire process much less stressful.Zhoni, the head of construction, and the crew did excellent work. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the finished space, and the team was respectful, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work.Our basement turned out even better than we expected, and were really happy with the result. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to finish or renovate their basement.

We were so fortunate to have found Astrid and Zhoni from Palmira Design.They did several projects for us which included new French doors for our kitchen, a redesign of our bathroom complete with new vanity wall paper and tub, a beautiful cedar fence along the entire length of our property and then a magnificent redesign of our garage with new cedar shakes and really outstanding sliding barn door. It's the first thing you see pulling into our driveway and just sets the whole feeling for our property.They were always on time, great commuicators and willing to listen and process our ideas no matter what they were and advised us as to why and why not things should happen.It's great to work with a small local company who has a vision and love for what they do.We can't recommend Palmira Design and construction highly enough. There is way too many great things to say about them... I wouldn't even know where to start! So I'm just going to keep it short and sweet... amazing, professional, friendly, caring and efficient...that doesn't come close to all that they are and did, how much they went above and beyond and helped me, how their work was, and how much my family appreciated what they did for my mother's house and selling it for us, just outstanding . Astrid and team is family run business . From design to reimagining your home this team is nothing short of Amazing! Astrid has reinvented not one but two of my homes and I continue recommend them. We had. Our homes totally redone from the exterior to the interior including masonry and landscaping. They do it all ! This team is a one stop shop with Astrid managing the team to completion.Best ever
