I believe in clear, honest pricing. I provide transparent estimates before beginning work, and I do not use bait-and-switch pricing tactics. Pricing depends on the type of service and hardware required. I focus on quality workmanship and long-term reliability rather than cutting corners. Emergency services may have different pricing depending on time and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the issue to understand exactly what’s needed. Whenever possible, I provide a clear price range upfront so there are no surprises. Once on-site, I assess the lock or door condition, explain the solution, confirm pricing, and then complete the work efficiently and professionally. Before leaving, I test everything thoroughly and make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on locksmithing experience, along with extensive field training in residential and commercial security systems. I continually stay up to date with modern locking systems, high-security cylinders, and multi-point door hardware commonly installed in Suffolk County and the Hamptons.
