Lindsey creatively combines the Bikram, Yin, Vinyasa & Ashtanga schools of practice with spirituality, anatomy, psychology and philosophy in a fun, engaging format. Beginners and advanced students alike will enjoy her diverse & empowering class curriculum that includes testing individual edges, challenging & open to all levels, with personal touches such as thai massage, cranial-sacral therapy, reiki healing, meditation and dharma talks.
Lindsey is a part of a fresh new generation of American Yoga teachers who, while continuing to learn and walk their own path, help teach, inspire and condition others towards becoming their best selves others and shape the future Yoga.
Yoga became a source of strength and healing for Lindsey, and an outlet to express herself through movement and meditation. The practice also provided a spiritual benefit that enabled her to be more understanding and accepting of herself and others, while offering the intensive physical workout she so enjoyed.
