- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is priced individually. There are a lot of determining factors such as staff, menu, rentals etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always going to seminars, food shows and culinary events to stay on top of what is going on in our industry. Our chefs have been formally trained and are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cooking, party planning and had a desire to make people happy. In my career, I get to do both every day. I have been catering events for over 20 years and have experience in all aspects of the industry.
