Chemicals Included : Our monthly rate includes all standard maintenance chemicals Initial Cleanup / First-Time Fee: If your pool or spa hasn't been serviced in a while, needs a heavy green-to-clean treatment, or has a lot of debris, there may be a one-time initial cleanup fee to get it up to our baseline standard. Filter Cleans & Extra Fees: Specialized services like cartridge filter cleanings, DE filter backwashing, or storm cleanups (after major weather events) are billed as separate, flat-rate fees. We always notify you before performing any extra-fee services. Discounts We Offer: We love taking care of our community! The Baseline Cleanup (If Needed) If the pool has been sitting or needs a little extra love to get up to our standard, we'll do an initial deep clean and heavy chemical balance.
