- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My personal prices are low by standard I’m not trying to over charged. I do this for fun not for money. I give discounts on a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions and make them feel comfortable. Also let them know what’s going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 1,000 jobs completed in different fields. Mostly electrical and carpentry. But I can do almost all types.
